CLAIM
Plaintiff brings this action for money damages in the amount of $10,000.
On or about October 1, 2025, in Marion County, Oregon Defendant Joshua Johnson personally took possession of Plaintiff’s
LEGO inventory under an agreement that the inventory would be held and/or sold under agreed terms.
Defendant subsequently sold and/or disposed of the inventory without authorization and failed to return
the property or pay the agreed proceeds.
Venue: Venue is proper in Marion County, Oregon because the events giving rise to this claim occurred in Marion County, Oregon.
Defendant’s actions constitute wrongful conversion of Plaintiff’s property and/or breach of agreement. As a direct result of Defendant’s
actions, Plaintiff suffered damages in the amount of $10,000.
Plaintiff requests judgment against Defendant in the amount of $10,000, plus allowable court costs and
any other relief the Court deems just and proper.
