On 03/10/26, reported that a female had taken a photo of the
front of his residence. Officers made contact with Benjamin Schneider who was
with the female outside of the residence. After speaking to all parties,
Benjamin Schneider was arrested for stalking and booked into the Utah County
Jail.

INITIAL INFORMATION:
On [date redacted], reported that a female was standing near the her
door and had started taking pictures of the front of her residence.
described the suspect as a white female with long, fake, red, curly hair wearing
all dark clothing, dark baggy jeans and had left on foot "towards the train
tracks".
Officers arrived in the area of the residence
ARRIVAL AT RESIDENCE:
I arrived at and observed a gray passenger car parked on
north of the residence. As I approached the vehicle, I observed a female
driver and a male passenger, later identified as Benjamin Schneider.
The driver of the vehicle was later identified as Sierra Lauts.

I asked both occupants of the vehicle if they had been knocking on the
residence's door. Benjamin told me no.
I asked what they were doing here. Benjamin told me that he was in a court case
with him and needed to serve him legal papers. Benjamin told me he was here to
serve
I asked Benjamin who they worked for. Benjamin replied, "Uh, myself," and told
me that Sierra was the process server and that you needed to be unaffiliated
with the case to serve. I asked Sierra if she was the one trying to serve.
Sierra replied yes.
Sierra provided officers with an Arizona Driver License identifying herself as
Sierra Nicole Lauts,

CONTINUE CONTACT WITH BENJAMIN:
I returned to Benjamin and asked to review the paperwork he wanted to serve to
Benjamin told me that it was required by the court to be served in
person and that he wished the court would send it to by e-mail, but it
was required by the court that he serve in-person.
I asked Benjamin if they had been here before. Benjamin told me that he had been
here once before to have a good-faith conversation with before suing,
which he said was required by the government.
Benjamin told me he was following the government's instructions and that
keeps calling the cops on him to avoid getting in trouble for his crimes.
Benjamin said that this is the third time has called the cops because he
thinks that if he keeps calling the cops on him, he can get away with it, but we
are showing him that he's not going to get away with these crimes.
Benjamin allowed me to take the paperwork to show to

CONTINUED CONTACT WITH BENJAMIN & SIERRA:
I returned and began speaking with Benjamin, returning his paperwork. I
explained to Sierra that wanted her trespassed from the property and not
to return.
Benjamin asked me how to serve I explained to Benjamin that he needed to
figure something out with the court.
I asked Benjamin about his association with the case. Benjamin told me that
__...... stole a bunch of money from him. Benjamin told me they had $200,000 worth
of Legos in the store, and that it's the world's largest Lego Star Wars
collection. The deal was that we put our Legos in his store, and once one sold,
he kept a small percentage, and we got the rest.
