Upon arrival I made contact with Christian and advised him that he can not return to the property and if he does he will be arrested. He stated he understood and departed the residence. rplwdir.x99 05/28/26 ===== PAGE 5 ===== Incident Report 26AF02007 Page 5 of 9 SUPPLEMENTAL NARRATIVE: Name: Hawkins S Date: 23:31:12 03/10/26 Officer Hawkins Body Cam: Yes 26AF02007 INITIAL CALL: initially reported a male at his door, ringing the doorbell and knocking on his door. ARRIVAL: Upon arrival I made contact with a Christian Morgan, who was dressed in church attire and was on the front steps of residence. I told him to come down to come talk to me, and I then asked him what he was doing. CHRISTIAN: Christian started by saying that he was helping his friend Benjamin Schneider (Ben), who was attempting to get in contact with because he had taken over a business called Bricks and Minifigs. And that this business that now has, owes Ben or someone Ben knows and that he is now trying to get to contact him but wont answer the door. He stated that several hundred thousand dollars and property were involved and he was trying to help Ben get this back. I asked Christian how this involved him at all and he said that Ben had posted on his Instagram that he was coming to Utah and needed help from the locals to get around town. Then another friend and him had been in the car with Ben and he told Christian to try and reach out to for him and to do this. When I asked Christian where Ben was then, he stated somewhere close by just waiting for him to finish doing what he was doing. Christian stated that he was probably in a church parking lot close by. Christian was portraying a LDS church member from the "2nd Harbor ward" which did not exist and telling through the ring doorbell that he was sent to his house by Bishop Johnson. I asked Christian where he was from and he said Draper. I asked him what ward he was actually a part of and he the 1st ward in Salt Lake. Christian stated that he was just told to say these things by Benjamin and did not actually know for sure or not. I did smell alcohol on Christian's breath and his behavior showed possible intoxication. However when I asked he would blow into a PBT he declined. After speaking with again and telling him what Christian had said, he asked that I trespass Christian from his property. rplwdir.x99 05/28/26 ===== PAGE 6 ===== Incident Report 26AF02007 Page 6 of 9 TRESPASS: I told Christian that as of this moment he was trespassed from the Incident location Benjamin Schneider was trespassed from the property the day prior to this incident. VEHICLE CONTACT: As I was departing the incident location, I watched Christian attempt to get into a black Hyundai Elantra. The initial comment by Christian was that Ben was somewhere around the location and is the one that dropped him off. Therefore when I witnessed Christian attempt to get into this vehicle, I initially my emergency lights and conducted a traffic stop on the vehicle as it was involved in my incident of harassing I approached the vehicle and came in contact with Tyler Shaw (trespassed yesterday) and Benjamin Schneider (trespassed yesterday) who were both in the vehicle. And Christian turned away from the vehicle and took off from the location. Officers could not locate him while on scene with the vehicle. I looked into the vehicle and asked if that was Ben in the back of the vehicle and he said yes. I then told him that they were both involved in the incident yesterday and then they attempted to lie and say that the church sent the Christian. Tyler acted like he did not know what I was talking about and stated that he had just met the guy a few hours ago. I then told him, I know he was the one that sent Christian to the house, to harass and he acted like he did not know what I meant either. For the first few minutes of my interaction with both Tyler and Ben, they acted like the church had sent Christian and that they had nothing to do with it. But then later on, Ben admitted that he sent Christian and someone else in an attempt to at least get in contact with because he civil court case could not go through until they tried to verbally handle the situatio
